I have a great time with Natalia In Poland. We went to Wawel Cathedral, where she simply gave me the best explanation and curiosity I can ever listen about the culture, the country and history, from now and from the past, very fluently and calmly. After that, we went to the Bazylika Franciszkanow, another amazing place close to the city center, where she explained and showed me all the details. I recommend her as a guide because of her passion for history and art. Thanks, Natalia.

Natalie is a very professional guide. But we would like to stand out her kindness. We told her we have no so much time and she adapted all the explanations at our schedule. She explained us a lot of things about the interesting Poland history. We feel very lucky to find her.

Thank you so much for your tour today. We really enjoyed it and it was so informative – we left with lots of knowledge of the cathedral, and made a lot more sense than us just walking around by ourselves! You had lots of clear information and facts about lots of different pieces which kept us entertained also. Thanks again!

Natalie is such a lovely and kind guide, full of knowledge and interesting facts. Her English is great, and the tour is easy to follow due to the headphones she gave us. The tour is well organized and a great way to hear about Polish history while visiting all the major spots in the Old Town. Thanks Natalie! 🙂

Natalie was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to understand. I have a hearing loss, so I often struggle to understand guides, but I had no problem with Natalie. The tour was very helpful understand the past and present of Krakow and the significance of some of the landmarks.

Nathalie is such an amazing guide. The moment I approached her, she was warm and welcoming which made me feel excited to learn more about Krakow. She connects the history of Krakow to other relevant and interesting events in a global scale. Not just that, she gave us tidbits of information that is fun and engaging. She speaks clearly and comprehensibly. The equipment she provided was functional and was easy to use. Also, she gave us a drink during a pause in the middle of the tour which I havent seen anyone else do. She really went out of her way to make the tour as enjoyable as possible.

It is not an understatement that this is the best walking tour we have been on together. Natalie presented us with a wonderful tour of the city of Krakow. She's astonishingly knowledgeable about the surrounding areas with a genuine passion of the city, super friendly and able to answer any of our questions/ offer genuine recommendations. We really enjoyed Natalie's company. Furthermore, we were all equipped with a headset each so we could hear her - it makes such a difference! Highly recommend this tour, choose this one!

Had a great tour with Natalie. Her historic knowledge is absolutely fantastic, about the city and Poland and the region more broadly. I really liked the global-historic perspective of the tour. That way you understand Krakow not only as a city on itself, but how it has come about and has managed to thrive throughout the centuries. One of the best tours I have ever had!

I had such a wonderful time exploring Krakow with Natalie. She has so much history knowledge and I throughly enjoyed learning from her! I was lucky enough that I ended up being a solo guest on my tour and this was certainly in my favour. She made the tour for me so personal and included lots of tips on where to eat and explore after the tour finished. I can’t recommend this tour enough. It was one of my highlights in Krakow so far!! 💗

Natalie is everything you want from a guide - she's enthusiastic, fun, and had loads of knowledge that she enjoys to share. Our discussions ranged from history and religion to current events and culture, covering art, architecture, poetry.. The tour was an absolutely joy, and if I had more time, I'd for sure spend the whole day with Natalie 😁 Would strongly recommend her for anyway looking for a infopacked event (and lots of laughter). Thank you, Natalie.

Natalie is a "Licensed tour guide" , She was very professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and a great communicator. She speaks fluent English and connects with tourist like a friend. She ensures you don't get bored with too much of information and keeps you entertained with her talkative nature. You can ask her any number of questions and she will revert with smile. Initially I booked for basic town walk but seeing her enthusiasm, I extended it to Jewish quarters and other places too which she accepted happily. I would recommend her services to everyone when you visit Krakow. I learnt from her that she also arranges tours in mountains but unfortunately I was having very little time, so I have parked it in my bucket list for the next time. This was a last day of my tour and it was a cherry on the cake for my Krakow visit. I wish her the best for her future endeavours..
